DESIGNS INSPIRED BY ANCIENT ART

STALLION IN THE THICKET
After the "Ram in the Thicket"
in the British Museum, London

RAM IN THE THICKET

"Ram in the Thicket"
or
"Goat in the Bush"
in the British Museum
from Mesopotamia,
2450 BC.

The first time I saw
a picture of
"The Ram in the Thicket"
or "The Goat in The Bush"
as we called it at UT,
I fell in love.
To me it is the most
captivating golden statue
of the ancient world.
Since the original
is a historical artifact
and a priceless
museum piece;
it was not for sale.
I decided to make
my own with an
equine twist.

I am not really sure I want
to sell it but if someone else
had the same love maybe. . .
